HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND A WINTER JAM EVENT?
The general admission price to attend a Winter Jam event is $10 per person from 2 years old to 99. The JAM NATION Membership is $49.99 per individual and $39.99 for groups of 10 or more. For more info on JAM NATION, CLICK HERE.
DOES THE TOUR ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS TO ATTEND WINTER JAM?
The tour accepts cash or check ONLY at the door for admission. You can use debit/credit cards once you get into the venue for concessions and merchandise. Checks should be made out to “NewSong Ministries.”
IS THERE HANDICAP SEATING AT WINTER JAM?
Yes. Each venue that Winter Jam visits is handicap accessible, but they are unique, so we ask that you contact your local venue to get more information on their handicap/disabled protocols. If you need further assistance, please email email@example.com.
ARE CAMERAS ALLOWED AT WINTER JAM?
Still photography is allowed. Video cameras are not allowed.
WHAT TIME WILL THE SHOW END?
If the show starts at 6:00PM, it will end around 10:00PM. If the show starts at 7:00PM, it will end around 10:45PM.
DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING AT A WINTER JAM SHOW?
The tour does not have control over parking fees. Please contact your local venue and ask them if they plan on charging for parking during the show.

Over 90% of the venue's seats are available for non-Jam Nation members in every market.
WHY SHOULD I BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION?
Winter Jam has always had a "first come, first serve" admission policy. The response to Winter Jam has been so tremendous that we frequently reach venue capacity. Unfortunately, this means that people are often, regrettably, turned away at the door. JAM NATION allows consumers to secure a premium seat in advance, in addition to many other benefits.
HOW DO I BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION?
Winter Jam JAM NATION Memberships are ONLY available at the following JAM NATION LINK to join. Charges to credit card bill will show up as "NEWSONG MINISTRIES".
WHEN CAN I/SHOULD I JOIN JAM NATION?
We encourage you to join Jam Nation as early as possible. Memberships are sold on a "first come, first serve" basis and there are a limited # sold in every market. If there are memberships still available, you can join up until the day of the show.
If memberships are no longer available (see store.jamtour.com for details), you can still enter through our General Admission line.

CAN I BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION AT THE DOOR?
No. All JAM NATION Memberships must be ordered in advance online. But you are more than welcome to purchase a mMembership the day of show online. If you order your Jam Nation membership within 12 days of the show (including weekends and holidays), no worries, simply print and bring your email confirmation for early admission throughu the JAM NATION Platinum Access entrance and the Jam Nation Coordinator will give you your shirt, voucher, and pass at the door.
You can also purchase a JAM NATION Membership online via your cell phone, as long as you can show the receipt on your phone to the JAM NATION Coordinator at the door.
ARE THERE JAM NATION GROUP MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE?
Yes. There are two levels of Group Memberships (for 10 or more): Group PREMIUM and Group BASIC memberships. The Group PREMIUM membership is $39.99 (+ S&H) per member and the Group BASIC membership is $29.99 (no S&H) per member. Please note, once you place your order for Jam Nation group memberships, we cannot add to it. You must place an additional order for more memberships. Individual Platinum memberships are available if you need less than 10.
ARE THE JAM NATION GROUP MEMBERSHIPS DIFFERENT THAN THE INDIVIDUAL PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, in a few ways. The Group PREMIUM and the Group BASIC passes will be labeled with a group name and group members cannot take advantage of the multiple show admittance benefit.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GROUP PREMIUM AND A GROUP BASIC MEMBERSHIP?
The Group PREMIUM membership gives groups all the benefits of the Individual Platinum membership with the exception of early admission to multiple shows. The Group BASIC membership gives groups all of the benefits of the Group Premium membership with the exception of NO limited edition-shirt and the group members MUST bring their email confirmation to the Jam Nation entrance in order to receive their passes on the day of the show (i.e. Basic members receive nothing by mail.)
HOW LONG IS MY JAM NATION MEMBERSHIP?
Memberships last from the date of purchase through June 1st, 2013.
IS THE JAM NATION MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?
No. Your membership is for you and you alone and is not transferable.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY JAM NATION PASS FOR ADMISSION?
No. Your pass is barcoded with your information and cannot be used by another individual for early admission. ID may be required at each venue to confirm membership. If this policy is abused, member may lose membership benefits with no refund.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY COLLECTABLE JAM NATION PASS AND FREE T-SHIRT?
If you purchase an Individual PLATINUM membership or a Group PREMIUM membership, you will receive your t-shirt, pass and merchandise discount voucher in the mail - if you join two weeks prior to the event you are attending. If you purchase less than two weeks out, you will receive your items at the show. If you are a Group BASIC member, you will receive your pass at the show.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COLLECTABLE JAM NATION PASS AND EXCLUSIVE JAM NATION SHIRT?
While most orders ship within 24-48 hours of your order and most members will receive their items within one week, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your items within two weeks of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT DO I NEED TO GET IN THE JAM NATION ENTRANCE?
You will need either your JAM NATION Collectable Platinum Access Pass or your printed e-mail confirmation. ID may be required to confirm your membership (remember, membership is per individual and is not transferable.)
THE SHOW IS TONIGHT/TOMORROW AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY JAM NATION PASS OR T-SHIRT. WHAT DO I DO?
No problem. Simply print and bring your email confirmation for admission. ID may be required.
DO I HAVE TO BECOME A PART OF JAM NATION TO GET GREAT SEATS AT WINTER JAM?
No. You can get great seats by paying the usual $10 at the door if you arrive at the venue early enough.
Remember though, Winter Jam is a first come-first served event, and we cannot guarantee admission without a JAM NATION Membership. To get the best seats (or sometimes to get seats at all) without being a JAM NATION Member, we recommend getting there as early as possible. Depending on venue size and capacity, some shows do sell out. JAM NATION members enter at a private entrance and have access to early seating so they are guaranteed a great seat.
If you decide not to become a member of JAM NATION, over 90% of seats for every event are still available, but we cannot guarantee seating if the show is a sell out.
CAN I SIT ANYWHERE I WANT IF I HAVE A JAM NATION PASS?
Yes. All Jam Nation members will receive exclusive access to the seat of their choice. Please remember that Jam Nation members will receive seats based on a "first come first served" basis as they enter the building. That being said, the earlier you enter through the Jam Nation doors, the better your seat will be.
CAN I SAVE SEATS?
No. Unfortunately, you must be a Jam Nation Member to receive the benefits of selecting a choice seat prior to general admission. Venue security and tour personnel will ask you to remove any signs, or personal items being used to save additional seats.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE IF I HAVE A JAM NATION PASS?
The Jam Nation entrance will be exclusively opened for one hour, beginning 2½ hours prior to the schedule start time at each Winter Jam show. So, for example, if you are attending a show that has a scheduled start time of 6:00PM - then you can enter the Jam Nation entrance anytime between 3:30PM and 4:30PM. Bare in mind, if you don’t arrive during this one hour period, we cannot guarantee you will be able to pick the seat of your choice due to the General Admission doors opening and fire marshal regulations.
WHY DO I STILL NEED TO ARRIVE AT THE VENUE EARLY IF I HAVE A JAM NATION PASS? WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Since Winter Jam is a General Admission show the local Fire Marshal has the final say on when the doors will be closed due to venue capacity and Fire codes. In the event that the venue fills to capacity and the Fire Marshal shuts the doors – NO ONE will be allowed to enter the venue (this is a situation that is out of the control of the Winter Jam Tour). The only way to guarantee that you will get into the show and select the seat of your choice is to arrive during the Jam Nation entry time before the General Admission doors open.
We HIGHLY suggest that you allow ample time for traffic, parking your vehicle, and locating the JAM NATION entrance to be assured of early admission and preferred seating. Winter Jam will not be responsible for any delays you experience!
WHAT ARTIST(S) WILL BE AT THE JAM NATION Q&A FOR EACH SHOW AND HOW LONG IS IT?
Due to day of show schedules and commitments, Winter Jam cannot guarantee which artist or artists will attend the Q&A. However, we do guarantee that at least one main stage artist will participate. Q&A will last between 10-20 minutes depending on the day of show schedule.
WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE JAM NATION Q&A TAKE PACE?
The Jam Nation Q&A normally takes place 45 minutes after Jam Nation doors open, however, times may vary depending on day of show schedule and commitments. Q&A will take place from the main stage.
HOW OFTEN WILL JAM NATION INSIDER EMAILS BE SENT OUT?
Whenever there is significant news to communicate - particularly around the launch of a new tour.
HOW DOES ADMISSION TO MULTIPLE SHOWS WORK FOR JAM NATION MEMBERS?
As a Jam Nation member, you will be admitted to one show for free (you will have to choose which show prior to joining and it must be the first show you attend thereafter.) Any Winter Jam show you attend thereafter during your membership (see terms & conditions), you will be allowed all of the benefits of your membership (including early admission through the Jam Nation entrance and seats of your choice) but you will have to pay the $10 admission price. Here's how it works... Your JJam Nation Collectable Pass will have a barcode printed on it. That barcode will allow you to get into the shows through a scanning process. The scanner will recognize whether you have been to a Winter Jam show during your membership. If you have, you are admitted through the Jam Nation entrance, but you will need to provide the $10 General Admission price.
WHAT HAPPENS TO JAM NATION MEMBERS IF A SHOW GETS CANCELLED?
If a show gets cancelled, your membership remains the same. You will receive your collectable JAM NATION T-shirt, pass, and lanyard in the mail and you will still have the chance to attend another live show for free as long as you have your JAM NATION pass or your email confirmation. Refunds will NOT be issued if a show gets cancelled. Email email@example.com with specific questions.
